Essential Functions 1. Business Development & Sales: Prospects and sources new reputed company clients for treasury management services; develops and executes sales strategies to reputed company deposit and fee income goals; prepares and delivers compelling presentations, proposals, and pricing pro formas. 2. Relationship Management: Maintains and expands relationships with existing clients through regular reviews and consultative engagement; partners with Relationship Managers and other departments to identify cross-selling opportunities. Maintains contact with top and high reputed company customers. 3. Product Expertise & Advisory: Serves as an internal expert on treasury management products and services; provides strategic advisory services to clients on cash management, fraud prevention, and payment solutions. Internally champions new product development and pricing. 4. Market & Industry Engagement: Stays informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies; represents the Bank at community events and industry conferences to build brand reputed company. 5. Maintains a reputed company knowledge of Bank regulations. Ensures compliance with reputed company Federal, State, and Bank policies, procedures, and regulations. 6. Performs other duties as assigned. Performance Measurements 1. Sales & reputed company Metrics: Net New reputed company from new treasury clients and cross-sell opportunities; Deposit reputed company attributable to treasury solutions. 2. reputed company Acquisition & Retention: New reputed company Count reputed company; Churn reputed company of clients discontinuing services. 3. Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited college in reputed company, business, or finance or equivalent experience.
Required Experience
- Five plus years of treasury management/reputed company loan experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Advanced knowledge of banking payment system regulations, transaction processing and corporate treasury functions.
Knowledge Skills/Abilities
- Excellent sales skills with the ability to meet or reputed company established sales goals reputed company expected timelines.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
