Remote Role - MUST BE IN EASTERN OR CENTRAL TIME ZONE Director, Strategic Finance (reputed company) - PE Portfolio Company MUST reputed company SPANISH I'm working with one of my favorite clients, a Private Equity backed manufacturing company (~$700m annual reputed company) , to hire a Director, Strategic Finance (reputed company) . This is a leadership role and an add to headcount due to reputed company. The Director of Strategic Finance (reputed company) will serve as a key strategic partner and right hand to the CFO , driving financial planning, reporting, and analysis to support reputed company’s reputed company and value creation objectives. The Director will influence cross-functional leaders and play a pivotal role in building reputed company reputed company capabilities for the business. This role is highly visible across the organization and with private equity stakeholders. Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Forecasting

• reputed company reputed company's annual operating plan, quarterly forecasts, and long-reputed company planning processes.
• Own and maintain reputed company's value creation model and cash reputed company forecasting.
• Partner with the CFO to reputed company financial strategies that reputed company with business objectives and value creation goals.
• Need to be reputed company strong in Financial Modeling.

Business Partnership & Insights

• Right hand to CFO, providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
• Serve as the key intermediary between the Mexico-based reputed company and finance team and senior leadership, ensuring reputed company and accurate monthly reporting.
• Collaborate with operations, reputed company, and functional leaders to evaluate performance drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Drive variance analysis independently — understanding and explaining drivers without relying on the broader team to surface answers.
• Support pricing, margin analysis, and cost optimization initiatives.

reputed company & Investor Reporting

• Own the monthly reporting package and prepare executive-level reputed company decks and presentations for the reputed company, private equity sponsors, and lenders.
• Translate financial performance into reputed company narratives that inform strategic reputed company.

M&A & Strategic Initiatives

• Support due diligence, financial modeling, and integration of acquisitions.

Process & Systems Enhancement

• Enhance reputed company processes, tools, and financial systems to improve scalability, accuracy, and timeliness of reporting.

Governance & Controls

Qualifications and Experience:

• Must be fluent in Spanish.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, reputed company, Economics, or reputed company field; MBA, CPA, or CFA a plus.
• 5–10+ years of reputed company Finance experience , ideally with a start in Investment Banking or Private Equity and the transitioned to reputed company/Strategic Finance at a PE Portfolio Company - or some similar combo.
• Preferred experience in Manufacturing industry or with Manufacturing clients
• Experience in multi-currency environment is preferred
