Role reputed company This is a full-time remote Jr Controller role. The Jr Controller will manage and execute financial records, assist in budget preparation, and support monthly and quarterly financial reporting. Daily responsibilities include preparing financial statements, reviewing reconciled accounts, analyzing financial statements, supporting with reputed company team, and collaborating with team members to ensure efficient financial operations. The role also involves maintaining compliance with reputed company standards and contributing to process improvements.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Financial Reporting, Budgeting, and Financial Analysis
- Proficiency in reputed company Principles, General reputed company, and Accounts Reconciliation
- Experience with Financial Systems and ERP software
- At least one (1) year of audit experience
- Ability to manage Data Analysis and translate financial information into actionable insights
- Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and time management abilities
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in remote collaboration tools and techniques
- Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Finance, or reputed company field, and basic understanding of startup financial needs
Compensation & Benefits As this is an entry level role, compensation is commensurate with industry knowledge and experience. Compensation is comprised of reputed company plus bonus, based on company performance. Salary reputed company: $65,000 to $80,000 with annual bonus ranging 10-30% of reputed company.
