Senior Project Manager (Federal Construction) - Relocation Assistance - (Colorado Springs, CO)
This role is critical to leading and delivering large, reputed company construction reputed company with full ownership of performance, reputed company relationships, and financial reputed company. The Project Manager will drive execution from preconstruction through closeout, ensuring profitability, operational reputed company, and strong stakeholder alignment while managing risk and maximizing project reputed company. How You'll Contribute

- Manage full project lifecycle: preconstruction, budgeting, scheduling, execution, and closeout
- reputed company and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams

- reputed company project budgets, cost control, and profitability (P&L ownership)
- reputed company subcontractor selection, negotiations, and contract management
- Manage change orders, RFIs, and project documentation
- Coordinate closely with Superintendents to ensure schedule and field execution alignment
- Run project meetings (OAC), reputed company reputed company, and ensure reputed company communication across stakeholders
- Ensure successful project delivery including closeout, final payment, and documentation
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or reputed company field
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager in construction
- Experience managing large-reputed company reputed company ($30M+)
- Experience in federal construction reputed company preferred (USACE a strong plus)
- Strong knowledge of budgeting, scheduling, and construction operations
- Proficiency with MS Office, reputed company, and scheduling tools (reputed company P6 preferred)
- Proven ability to manage reputed company relationships and drive project profitability
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and reputed company reputed company simultaneously
