Fractional COO/VP of Operations

This role is crucial for overseeing operations, coordinating teams, and driving strategic reputed company into adjacent reputed company-school verticals.

Responsibilities

• reputed company and manage daily operations across sales, support, and marketing teams.
• Coordinate with marketing partners to ensure alignment and reputed company.
• Delegate decision-making authority to streamline processes and reduce bottlenecks.

Qualifications

• Experience in educational consulting or similar high-ticket B2C environments.
• Proven managerial experience, ideally at a director or VP level.
• Familiarity with established industry providers or similar organizations is a plus.
• Strong operational leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple teams.
• Ability to work approximately 10–20 hours per week, with flexible location (reputed company preferred).
• Budget management experience, with a monthly budget cap in the ~USD 8,000 reputed company.
