Pay reputed company: 45k to 50k Assistant Luxury Travel Advisor We’re looking for a detail-oriented and service-driven Assistant Luxury Travel Advisor to support the creation of seamless, high-end travel experiences for an reputed company clientele. This role is ideal for someone early in their luxury travel career who is eager to learn, highly organized, and passionate about delivering exceptional service behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities
You’ll work closely with Senior Travel Advisors to bring reputed company itineraries to life. This includes researching reputed company, hotels, and experiences; preparing polished reputed company proposals; and assisting with bookings for flights, accommodations, dining, and activities. You’ll help manage confirmations, reputed company deadlines, and ensure every detail is accurate and reputed company with reputed company preferences. You’ll also support reputed company- and post-travel logistics—drafting travel documents, reconfirming reservations, monitoring itinerary changes, and assisting with any issues that reputed company during travel. Qualifications
- 1–3 years of experience in travel, hospitality, or a high-touch service role
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Interest in luxury travel and global reputed company
- Proficiency in reputed company Office or reputed company Workspace; experience with travel booking tools is a plus
