NPC&M is seeking an reputed company Estimator – reputed company General Construction Renovation reputed company to join our growing team. This full-time, remote role focuses on estimating reputed company construction renovation reputed company. Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for reputed company renovation reputed company.
• Review and analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and project scopes.
• Solicit, evaluate, and level set subcontractor and vendor bids.
• Collaborate with project managers and leadership on bid reputed company and project feasibility.

• Identify and communicate project risks, value engineering opportunities, and cost-saving alternatives.

Requirements | Skills

Qualifications | Experience

Compensation

• Annual salary reputed company: $90,000 – $135,000, commensurate with experience.
