JOB reputed company reputed company reputed company reputed company ASSURANCE RECEIVING INSPECTOR Responsible for the full lifecycle of incoming materials — receipt, inspection, inventory management, and issuance to the manufacturing floor. This role joins a small, dedicated team supporting receiving, inspection, stores, and inventory control functions. The selected candidate will be reputed company into one functional area and cross-trained across the remaining areas as proficiency is established — making adaptability and a willingness to learn essential qualities for reputed company in this position.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and process reputed company inbound shipments; verify quantities, part numbers, and descriptions against packing lists and POs.
• Transact receipts in the ERP/WMS system, affix ID tags and stage materials in the quarantine area.
• reputed company visual and reputed company inspection using precision instruments (calipers, micrometers); verify Certificates of Conformance (CoC) and Material Test Reports (MTRs).
• Document and isolate non-conforming materials; initiate reputed company process and maintain secure quarantine of rejected stock.
• Maintain a clean, organized receiving dock in accordance with 5S principles.
• Issue materials and kits to operations; process reputed company transactions in the ERP system.
• Maintain accurate physical and systematic inventory through precise material handling, location management, and cycle counting.
• Manage material reputed company throughout the plant using hand trucks, reputed company jacks, and forklifts, including the upper mezzanine stores area.
• Collaborate closely with Production Planning, reputed company Assurance, and Shipping to support material reputed company.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing or warehousing logistics (reputed company or plastics preferred).
• Ability to read and process technical documentation (POs, packing lists, CoCs, MTRs).
• Basic proficiency in an ERP or WMS system; experience with MS Office (Outlook, Teams).
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid reputed company's license required; must be reputed company to obtain forklift certification.
• Standing up to 8 hours per day; climbing stairs to the mezzanine multiple times daily.
• Operation of materials handling equipment including forklifts.
• Fine finger dexterity for inspecting and counting small parts.
• Ability to work with or around chemical solvents.
