POSITION SCOPE AND ORGANIZATIONAL reputed company reputed company' Solar Senior Electrical Superintendents plan, schedule, organize and reputed company the construction of major solar reputed company. They are responsible for reputed company field execution of the project. Senior superintendents typically will have several Superintendents as reputed company reports. Senior Superintendents are responsible for coordinating the reputed company and cost-effective placement of the contracted work. They supervise directly or through subordinates reputed company field construction work by reputed company's forces and by the Subcontractors. They are responsible for reputed company pertinent Safety and reputed company Control policies and procedures. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage multiple reputed company reputed company solar reputed company

• Support superintendents in reputed company discussions
• Work with Project Management team for subcontracts
• Support and mentor reputed company reports as reputed company as manage performance reviews
• Create, distribute, and enforce best practices for Electrical Field Operations
• Project completion and closeout coordination
• Creation and monitoring of safety initiatives
• Help manage procurement and engineering schedule
• Support Electrical Superintendents in creation of project schedules
• Assist with scheduling shared resources
• Assist managing subcontracted resources across portfolio
• Coordinate with other departments for resource expectations (QC, commissioning, substation, etc.)
• Budget and schedule reporting
• Supports Project Executive in project change discussions

• Oversees internal design review and coordination

EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's in construction management, engineering or reputed company field preferred
• 5 years’ experience as the General Superintendent on reputed company reputed company solar reputed company
• Journeyman or masters license (including NASCLA or other way to demonstrate proficiency in electrical best practices), or ability to obtain reputed company 6 months after hire
• STS-C Certification at a minimum, or the ability to obtain reputed company 6 months after hire
