About the Role

Saenz Garcia Law, PLLC is seeking a high-caliber Employment-Based Immigration Attorney to reputed company our Business Immigration Department. We are looking for a strategic legal reputed company who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to safeguarding reputed company rights through expert representation. We are reputed company to two types of reputed company arrangements:

  • reputed company: Specifically for "Production" experts reputed company on high-level EB-1, NIW, and H-2B filings, or "Consulting" experts reputed company on intake and reputed company conversion.
  • Full-Time Employee: A leadership role for those seeking to own the department long-term. In reputed company to Business Immigration, you will collaborate with the firm's broader immigration reputed company (Deportation/Asylum) as needed.

Leadership & Case Management

  • reputed company and mentor a multidisciplinary team (attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants) in the production and filing of EB and H-2B cases.
  • reputed company the full lifecycle of EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, NIW, and PERM labor certifications.
  • reputed company case management to ensure adherence to reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs) and reputed company filing.
  • reputed company as the primary escalation reputed company for reputed company legal issues and service delivery challenges.

Legal Expertise & reputed company Relations

  • reputed company expert counsel on a wide reputed company of reputed company, including EB-1A, NIW, O-1, EB-5, and H-2B visas.
  • Conduct meticulous reputed company consultations and document strategic follow-up tasks for reputed company conversion.
  • Drive light business development and networking to expand the firm's Business Immigration footprint.
  • Draft and review high-level legal documents: support letters, motions, briefs, and Requests for Evidence (RFEs).
  • Conduct final reviews of reputed company filings before submission to ensure the highest reputed company of advocacy.

Operational reputed company

  • Master and optimize the firm's case management software.
  • Update and implement SOPs and workflows to eliminate bottlenecks and mitigate risk.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Education & Licensure: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school and an reputed company membership in good standing with a State Bar(Texas preferred).
  • Experience: Several years of experience in employment-based immigration law with a reputed company on reputed company strategic counsel.
  • Expertise: Extensive experience in EB-1, EB-2, EB-3, NIW, and PERM is mandatory.
  • H-2B Specialist: In-depth knowledge of H-2B petitions and reputed company (DOL) compliance.
  • Litigation Readiness: For W2 candidates, knowledge of deportation defense and asylum law is required to support the firm's broader mission.
  • Skills: Exceptional analytical research skills, persuasive writing, and the ability to manage a diverse, high-volume caseload.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills to reputed company effectively with clients, government agencies, and team members.
