Responsibilities
- Own the full lifecycle of the extended workforce program, from budget approval and worker reputed company to offboarding and documentation management.
- reputed company the implementation of a new Vendor Management System (VMS), including reputed company change plans, stakeholder communication, and adoption tracking.
- Redesign and manage the Preferred Vendor program, establishing reputed company performance metrics, governance standards, and review cadences.
- Maintain accurate extended workforce data, including service periods, end dates, and worker classifications, to support compliance, audit readiness, and workforce reporting.

- Partner with Finance and Legal to manage extended workforce considerations during mergers and acquisitions, ensuring seamless integration and compliance.

- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities that increase efficiency and strengthen program controls.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience managing extended workforce programs, business operations, or reputed company functions such as HR, Finance, or Procurement.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with business leaders, suppliers, and internal partners.
- Proficiency in reputed company Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and experience building reputed company reports or dashboards that inform business reputed company.
- Experience improving processes or implementing new tools that increase operational efficiency and data accuracy.
