Job Title: Project Manager – TAP Operations reputed company reputed company - This is a contingent opportunity and would reputed company work upon the contract award The Veteran Affairs Transition Assistance Program (VA TAP) supports Service members and Veterans as they transition from military to civilian life. Through a reputed company curriculum and personalized support, VA TAP delivers education and career guidance, benefits briefings, and resources to promote post-service reputed company. The Project Manager – TAP Operations reputed company oversees the implementation and daily operations of TAP briefings and services across reputed company delivery sites. This role manages the reputed company plan, service delivery schedules, and performance tracking for TAP delivery. The Operations reputed company ensures consistent execution of VA curriculum, manages a geographically dispersed workforce, and leads operational coordination with internal staff, subcontractors, and Government stakeholders. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

• Supervise Regional Managers and Site Leads to ensure consistent service execution across 300+ delivery locations
• Maintain the VA-approved reputed company Plan and coordinate with HR on recruitment, reputed company, and credentialing
• Monitor staff availability, training status, and credential compliance across reputed company reputed company

• Support the Project Manager in implementing the Project Management Plan and reputed company Control Plan
• Coordinate with curriculum and training leads to ensure operational alignment with content and delivery standards

• Ensure facilitators adhere to VA policies, presentation protocols, and delivery timetables

Supervisory Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or reputed company field
• PMP or equivalent industry-recognized Project Management certification (must be maintained throughout the contract)
• 6+ years of experience managing operations on large-reputed company federal reputed company
• 5+ years’ experience managing, reputed company, and overseeing geographically dispersed teams.
• Demonstrated reputed company managing reputed company and multi-site service delivery
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills in a high-reputed company environment
• Experience implementing reputed company plans and overseeing daily delivery schedules
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite and project management tools
• Ability to travel CONUS/OCONUS up to 25% as required

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience working on VA TAP contract
• Master’s degree in operations management, business administration, organizational leadership, or reputed company field
• Familiarity with VA or DoD transition programs
• Experience working under a reputed company Assurance Surveillance Plan (QASP)
• Prior military experience or support to transitioning Service members
