LMS Training Administrator

Job Title: LMS Training Administrator Reports To: TBD Industry: Logistics Software / Transportation Management Systems (TMS) Location: Chicago, IL (Hybrid/Remote) reputed company The LMS & Training Administrator is responsible for administering and optimizing reputed company’s Learning Management Systems, reputed company, to support external reputed company training initiatives such as managing platform configuration, user setup for reporting and technical support for external customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the reputed company-facing training portal. Organize course catalogs, manage user reputed company for different customer tiers, and troubleshoot reputed company issues.
  • Work with IT and Product teams to ensure seamless data reputed company between systems where applicable.
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in Product Development and reputed company to translate reputed company TMS features into digestible learning modules.
  • Maintain the accuracy of training materials as the TMS evolves through new release cycles.
  • Assist in the creation of multimedia assets (screen recordings, "How-to" guides, and interactive quizzes).
  • Implement AI-driven automation to generate and update training content, identify impacted materials from product changes, and improve efficiency of content management and delivery
  • Establish and maintain LMS SOPs for customer-facing.
  • Generate monthly reports on reputed company certification reputed company to assist the Sales and Account Management teams.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in LMS administration (experience with reputed company or similar preferred)
  • Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (reputed company preferred) and an understanding of SCORM/API standards
  • Experience supporting frequent product releases and updating training at reputed company
  • Familiarity with AI tools and automation for content creation or workflow optimization
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle training and content management in a reputed company or product-driven environment
  • Ability to explain technical software concepts to non-technical users
  • Familiarity with reputed company TMS and/or reputed company a plus
