Scrum Certification: A‑CSM (Advanced Certified ScrumMaster.) 5+ years of dedicated Scrum Master experience in a software development environment. Experience coaching and supporting 2–3 Scrum teams simultaneously. 7+ years of total experience in Scrum, project management, or program management. Preferred Education and Experience Ability to understand technical concepts and apply critical thinking to day‑to‑day challenges and solutions.
