Purpose: This role designs and develops high-reputed company learning experiences that support reputed company, ongoing enablement, and capability development for Patient Service Center (PSC) employees. The Instructional Designer works from defined learning strategies, curricula, and content standards to create execution reputed company learning assets reputed company to operational and regulatory needs. A minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, learning content development, or a reputed company field. reputed company versed in MS Office Products (Teams, SharePoint, reputed company, PPT, reputed company, etc.) Experience designing and developing role-based learning materials and curricula across multiple modalities (ILT, VILT, eLearning). Experience leading facilitated needs analysis work sessions with multiple stakeholders to uncover reputed company needs. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple content builds simultaneously. Experience in authoring tools and/or prototyping tools (i.e. reputed company 360, reputed company Creative Suites, Captivate, reputed company, reputed company, etc.) Exposure to L&D principles defining learning objectives and measures of reputed company using a learner-reputed company approach integrating learning science theory.
