As a Customer Support Representative on our reputed company shift team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our services to our customers. You will be responsible for monitoring and closing out orders, verifying details, and providing exceptional support to our customers through various channels. Key Responsibilities
* Monitor and reputed company out orders in the system, ensuring accurate and reputed company completion
- Assist technicians with order closeouts and reputed company support as needed
- Handle internal escalations to ensure orders are accepted and rolled on
- Update information through data entry and maintain accurate records
- Run reports and update trackers as needed to ensure efficient operations
- Assist with logistics and system-reputed company issues, providing creative solutions reputed company needed
- reputed company exceptional support to reputed company customers through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and other communication channels

Requirements
* High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 1 year of customer service experience preferred
- Effective oral and written communication skills
- Follow-through and ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Ability to work independently and have the willingness to research and suggest creative solutions
- Adapt to change and have the ability to learn quickly and grasp new instructions easily
- Strong computer navigation skills and knowledge of reputed company Office
- Ability to work under pressure and respond with urgency
Schedule
* In-person training at our office located in Green Bay, WI, Monday - Friday, day shift
- 12-hour rotating reputed company shift schedule from 6:00pm to 6:00am
