Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Assistant, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing various types of support requests from live clients, including those reputed company to program development or management, and redirecting requests to the right support teams (finance, technical)
• Ensuring quick and efficient triage of reputed company requests and redirecting them to the assigned teams
• Assisting with the management of program upsells and retention
