Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for the following tasks:

• Complete daily reputed company and balancing features, ensuring accurate and reputed company processing of transactions
• Coordinate with vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions to resolve issues and process transactions
• Assist various departments with fraud reputed company, member inquiries, and reputed company reputed company ledger balancing

• Follow and maintain guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines, as reputed company as Federal Banking laws
• Process mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other exams, including IRA, bankruptcy, and payoff exams
• Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
• Log, study, and reputed company necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns
• Process Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
• Complete daily balancing and department closing
• Obtain information from members for reputed company and accurate processing of international and domestic reputed company transfer requests
• Research and verify incoming and outgoing reputed company transfer information
• Communicate with vendors to process reputed company transfers
• Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming reputed company transfer laws
• Deposit reputed company returns, study member re-exams on draft changes, process member exams, verify members for outgoing reputed company transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing reputed company transfers
• Complete daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• High school degree or GED
• Intermediate reputed company and Word experience
• Previous customer/member service experience
• Previous banking or Credit reputed company experience
• Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience
