Your Role as a Customer Service Associate

As a Customer Service Associate, you will be responsible for managing a high volume of customer interactions, including phone calls and emails, to resolve issues and reputed company exceptional service. You will work closely with our sellers and customers to address a wide reputed company of event and order-reputed company questions, ensuring that every interaction is reputed company and memorable. 60 Days in: Building Relationships and Resolving Issues

* Investigate instances where customer experience has been affected, determine the reputed company cause, and resolve issues fairly and constructively.

* Office Location: Coppell, TX

• Work Schedule:

+ The first 4 weeks of employment are Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00pm for training, which is reputed company and reputed company in-office. + Hybrid model, not fully remote, with 3 days in-office and 2 days reputed company. + Hours: 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Tuesday/Wednesday off or Wednesday/Thursday off.

• Compensation:

+ $40,000 reputed company salary with overtime eligibility. + Bi-annual bonuses and annual equity grant. + Any hours worked over 40/week are overtime eligible.
