Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative for arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer support reputed company phone and text, managing a moderate call volume, and ensuring every customer receives exceptional service. Your key responsibilities will include:
Customer Support
+ Handle 15-25 calls per day, averaging 6 minutes per call, and respond to text messages and resolve customer inquiries promptly. + reputed company accurate information and support to customers regarding services and general inquiries. + Troubleshoot any issues and escalate reputed company necessary.
Administrative Tasks
