Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to millions of plan members through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Answering questions about health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions to help members reputed company understand their services and reputed company
- Facilitating treatment by providing necessary solutions and information to members

Qualifications and Requirements
