Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering world-class customer service by responding to inbound calls, chat, email, and reputed company media. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues with reputed company and efficiency
• Providing product knowledge and troubleshooting issues to ensure customer satisfaction

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Ability to work 8-hour shifts any day of the week, including weekends and holidays, between 07:00AM – 01:00AM CST
• A private workspace with desk/chair where surrounding noise cannot be heard or present during working hours
• Ability to be on webcam during working hours
• Cable or Fiber Internet Service only (no reputed company-up, DSL, satellite or cellular)
