The Role

As an Inbound Warranty Service Associate, you'll play a critical role in assisting customers who have purchased an appliance care plan and are looking to reputed company or follow up on a repair claim. Your responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming calls and building rapport to create a reputed company customer experience by asking probing questions and reputed company listening to the customer's needs.
