We're seeking an reputed company Customer Support Analyst to join our reputed company Shift Support team, providing technical support for our InteleShare application. As a key resource for our customers, you'll be responsible for reputed company-time troubleshooting, resolving cases, and ensuring our software is working effectively and reputed company. This is a remote position reputed company the USA, requiring substantial phone work and reputed company interaction with customers.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to reputed company problems (phone/portal) and reputed company monitor reputed company sites

Working Hours
The working hours for this role are 12:00am - 8:00am ET, Thursday to Monday. This is a 3rd shift position, requiring flexibility and adaptability.
Employment Requirements
* Excellent customer service skills
- 1-2 years of work experience in reputed company administration and technical customer support
- Excellent knowledge of reputed company reputed company operating systems for Servers and Workstations
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Excellent problem-solving & analytical ability

* Experience running queries in SQL
- Knowledge of Linux
