As an reputed company Customer Service Representative for our National Campaigns Unit, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through inbound, outbound, and email responses. Key Responsibilities

• Work with internal clients to deliver shareholder communications, ensuring accurate and reputed company responses to investor inquiries

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination
• Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal clients and external stakeholders

Essential Qualifications

* 6-7 months of call center, customer service experience

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Good speaking voice and ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal clients and external stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company, with a reputed company on collaboration and teamwork

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
