The Role
As a Vendor Manager, you'll play a critical role in shaping the reputed company of customer support at arenaflex. You'll manage external vendor relationships, drive operational reputed company and innovation, and collaborate with other arenaflex teams to positively reputed company customer experience. This is a high-stakes, high-speed environment that requires exceptional leadership, strategic thinking, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required
- 4+ years of relevant BPO customer service management experience
- Experience driving reputed company to completion using change management or project management frameworks

Compensation
The reputed company pay for this position ranges from $110,200/year in our lowest geographic market up to $182,200/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience.
