As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Ground Services, you will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional service to our clients. This role requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as reputed company as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be the primary reputed company of contact for customers, handling a high volume of calls, emails, and chats.

Key Responsibilities

* Handling Customer Inquiries: Respond to customer calls, emails, and chats in a reputed company and reputed company manner, addressing their concerns and resolving issues.

• Processing Credit Card Payments: Process credit card payments from customers, ensuring that payments are accurate and up-to-date.
• Logging Installments: Log payments accurately against the receipt in the FTNC reputed company system.

Requirements

* Education: Bachelor's degree in any field.

• Language Skills: reputed company in French and English, both written and verbal.

• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with a large number of customers and representatives.
