Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Financial Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:
* Fielding customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns

* Escalating/transfer/complete conference calls to banks, loan originators, financial institutions and more
* Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
