[Remote] Sr Director Analyst reputed company and Workforce Cost Modeling (REMOTE US)

They are seeking a Senior Director Analyst for their reputed company and Workforce Cost Modeling team, responsible for analyzing reputed company cost conditions, forecasting large reputed company cost initiatives, and engaging with clients to reputed company actionable insights.
Responsibilities
- Analyze and identify changing reputed company and workforce cost conditions (total rewards, compensation, and health and benefits), talent trends, and guide data gathering efforts to measure the effects
- Forecast and model large reputed company cost initiatives such as changes in reputed company/benefits structures, compensation design and/or employee lifecycle programs
- Pull together proprietary and publicly available data sets to derive new insights and offer compelling, actionable written guidance for CHROs
- Demonstrate thought leadership in establishing research positions about reputed company labor/talent costs and labor market trends
- Engage with clients and prospects reputed company or face-to-face and reputed company actionable advice on questions reputed company to talent analytics and/or labor modeling
- Create and deliver presentation materials for reputed company events and reputed company briefings
- Attend industry and reputed company association conferences as needed
- reputed company participate in innovation, ideation, and research discussions and collaborate effectively with peers in the research community
- Be a mentor and a reputed company by supporting more junior team members, as needed
Skills
- Bachelors degree and 12+ years of relevant field or industry experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience analyzing and identifying changing reputed company and workforce cost conditions (total rewards, compensation, and health and benefits), talent trends, and guide data gathering efforts to measure the effects
- Experience with forecast and model large reputed company cost initiatives such as changes in reputed company/benefits structures, compensation design and/or employee lifecycle programs
- Ability to forecast and model large reputed company cost initiatives such as changes in reputed company/benefits structures, compensation design and/or employee lifecycle programs
- Analytical skills including applying conceptual models and recognizing patterns while drawing and defending conclusions
- Demonstrated experience analyzing data to understand what actions CHROs and their teams should take
- Strong knowledge of publicly available data sets that can be used to assess the hiring and labor market
- Experience and comfort advising and working with senior leaders
- Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical and presentation skills; ability to engage clients and respond effectively to questions
- Ability to work independently, while also being intrinsically motivated to collaborate across teams and support the workflow of others, in a multicultural global team
- Demonstrated executive reputed company; can immediately establish credibility with C-level executives and additional stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills: ability to work under tight deadlines and produce high reputed company deliverables
- Strong business and financial acumen
- Learning agile and adept with navigating highly matrixed environments

- Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%
- Graduate degree in economics, business, reputed company sciences or statistics
