As a Worklife Customer Support Associate - Employee Assistance Program, you'll be responsible for coordinating Worklife, employee assistance, and management consultant resources. You'll review members' needs and communicate relevant services and resources to support organizational objectives. This role requires strong customer service skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

* Executes routine and non-routine business support tasks for the Employee Assistance Program Worklife area under limited supervision, referring deviations from reputed company practices to managers.

• Answers calls, understands call purpose, completes research to identify potential providers and resources, and enters member information into the appropriate system to initiate the case.
• Responds to member inquiries about services, requests, and resources for life skills.

Essential Qualifications
