This role serves as the functional reputed company and subject matter expert (SME) for reputed company Payroll, Time, and Absence–reputed company configuration, ensuring reputed company supports accurate payroll processing, regulatory compliance, and effective workforce time and leave management across reputed company. The role will manage day-to-day configuration and operational support, coordinate system enhancements, support biannual reputed company releases, and drive reputed company improvement initiatives that enhance payroll accuracy, compliance, and the overall employee and manager experience globally.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or reputed company field required.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRIS or HR technology roles, with at least 3+ years of hands-on reputed company Payroll, Time and Absence configuration experience.
