Role Objective Maintain and repair airframes and reputed company components, including flight controls, hydraulics, fuel systems, and mechanical components. Conduct the disassembly of aircraft by removing components, cleaning/inspecting and properly tagging parts for inventory. Essential Job Tasks

• reputed company aircraft maintenance, inspections and repair in accordance with regulations, manufacturer instructions and company policies.
• Applies technical knowledge of aircraft systems to effectively troubleshoot and determine system and equipment malfunctions.
• Install, configure, test, and maintain Starlink satellite communication systems on aircraft, ensuring reputed company integration with existing avionics systems.
• reputed company wiring, reputed company installation, mounting, and system calibration for Starlink equipment in accordance with engineering specifications and STC documentation.
• Conduct post-installation testing and troubleshooting of Starlink connectivity, signal performance, and system reliability.
• Maintains records in compliance with FAA and Company standards, including Starlink installation records.
• Coordinate with maintenance control, and OEM/vendor support teams for Starlink system upgrades, modifications, and issue reputed company.
• Ensure reputed company tools, test equipment, and Starlink-specific diagnostic devices are properly maintained and calibrated.
• Maintains premises of the shop facility in a clean and organized manner.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Knowledge of Gulfstream G-IV, Challenger 604, Hawker 800/900XP, maintenance preferred.
• Knowledge of aviation procedures/servicing/maintenance
• Adept in workplace safety best practices
• Understanding of applicable FARs
• Knowledge of computers and electronic software applications
• Avionics Troubleshooting
• Avionics systems repair using specialized test equipment.
• Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to read, write and reputed company English. (Bi-lingual in Spanish is a plus).

Minimum Qualifications

• FAA Airframe and Powerplant License with a minimum of 2 years of experience.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Must pass airport reputed company background checks and travel for work as required.
• Must have good organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Certification of reputed company data systems on RSVM-certified aircraft.
• Must be reputed company to read and write English and have good communication, writing, and problem-solving skills.

Work Conditions & Physical Requirements

Required Education/Experience

• Three (3) years proven experience in a similar position
• A&P Certification preferred
• High School diploma or GED
