Responsibilities:

As a Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

• Meet and Greet Customers: Welcome customers in a reputed company, friendly, and reputed company manner, setting the tone for a reputed company experience.
• reputed company Superior Customer Service: Understand and communicate rental terms and conditions, vehicle features, and other services, including offering optional protection products, upgrades, fuel reputed company, and additional equipment.

Qualifications:

To succeed as a Customer Experience Representative at arenaflex, you'll need:

• Age Requirement: Be at least 18 years old.
• Education: Hold a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Customer Service Experience: Possess a minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience in retail, reputed company, or administrative support.
• Valid reputed company's License: Have a valid reputed company's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on your driving record in the past 3 years.
