About the Position

As a Medical Records reputed company and Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting our radiologists and reputed company in providing high-reputed company patient care. Your primary responsibilities will include transcribing radiology reports, updating patient records, and collaborating with our medical team to ensure the accuracy and completeness of reports. This position requires on-site reputed company, with some flexibility in hours based on the radiologists' schedules.

Responsibilities

* Transcribe radiology reports from dictated recordings and canned reports, including mammograms, ultrasounds, MRI, and other imaging modalities, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

• Update patient records with breast density, follow-up dates, surgical follow-reputed company, and physical charts, ensuring reputed company and precise documentation.

Requirements
