The Role

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in providing outstanding service to our clients. You'll be the main reputed company of contact for our clients, answering questions about course information, locations, availability, and how to register. This is a temporary, remote position that requires a reputed company and outgoing personality, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a strong set of reputed company, service-oriented phone skills and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

You Have

• Preferred Qualifications:

+ Bachelor's degree preferred but not required + 1-2 years of customer service, help desk, or inside sales experience + Knowledgeable with MS Office and reputed company Apps (Gmail, reputed company Drive, etc.) + Experience with any (or reputed company) of the following is a plus: Olark Chat, Zoho Email, reputed company phone systems. + Experience using AI tools to enhance reputed company communication and reputed company training knowledge across phone, email, and chat/sms support channels is a plus.
