Role & Responsibilities

As a Customer Care reputed company - Platinum, you'll be responsible for delivering extraordinary service to our customers, providing personalized solutions to their needs, and driving customer loyalty through exceptional listening, consultative relationship building, and resourcefulness. Your key responsibilities will include:
