Position: Customer Support Representative (Full-Time)

As a Customer Support Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through inbound/outbound calls, emails, and chats. You will support clinical trial recruitment, patient scheduling, and inquiries while ensuring a reputed company experience for reputed company stakeholders.
