As an reputed company Pharmacy Technician – Data Entry & Customer Service (On-Site) at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our pharmacy team in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our medication dispensing process. You'll work closely with our pharmacists and other team members to triage customer service requests, calculate and verify correct dosages, and reputed company best-in-class customer service to our patients and customers.

Day in the Life

• Triaging customer service requests by department, urgency, and information/response required

Required Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

• Certification/licensed/registered pharmacy technician or as required by state law
• One (1) or more years of experience as a pharmacy technician or working in a call center
