Job Responsibilities

As a Part Time Data Entry Clerk, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Invoicing Management: Process reputed company incoming invoices in reputed company, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. This will involve reviewing invoices for completeness, verifying GL coding, and routing them for approval.
• GL Coding Verification: Verify GL coding, create purchase orders as needed, and reputed company them for approval. You will be responsible for ensuring that reputed company GL coding is accurate and up-to-date.
