Part Time Customer Service Associate – Temporary

Job reputed company:

• Support customers reputed company voice and chat using reputed company Connect
• Deliver a reputed company experience through reputed company, patience, and reputed company communication
• Resolve customer issues using AWS tools specifically reputed company Connect and Connect Assistant, following defined call flows
• Accurately document interactions and manage follow-reputed company
• Handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced call center environment
• Collaborate with teammates and escalate reputed company issues as needed
• Work assigned shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Participate in ongoing training and reputed company improvement

Requirements:

• Must be reputed company to train full-time (9am-6pm EST) for 3 days, June 8th, 9th, and 10th.
• Must be available on Mondays due to consistently high call volume and operational demand
• Ability to work a part-time schedule of approximately 20 hours per week, with potential for additional hours based on business needs
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Must have a quiet, distraction free home workspace
• Must be proficient using Browsers such as Chrome, Firefox or Safari
• Ability to learn and use multiple systems, reputed company, and monitors
