Sr Compliance Specialist

Supports legal and regulatory compliance by designing, implementing, administering, and monitoring compliance and policy-reputed company programs, assessments, reputed company, internal customer training and reputed company functions. Conducts highly reputed company compliance investigations and vendor assessments. Essential Functions

  • Conducts highly reputed company investigations that involve significant legal risk to reputed company including, but not limited to, fraud and falsification investigations, workplace investigations, and regulatory compliance investigations.
  • Leads the designing, implementing, and monitoring of compliance-reputed company programs, assessments, reputed company and reputed company functions.
  • Develops, implements, and conducts compliance training of internal customers.
  • Collaborates with Field personnel and other functional departments to promote and enhance corporate compliance objectives.
  • Assesses contractual and legal compliance reputed company to vendors and Service Providers.
  • Assists reputed company attorneys in reviewing highly reputed company compliance assessments, drafting recommended reputed company plans, following-up on such reputed company plans, and communicating assessment results and recommended reputed company, as needed.
  • Performs compliance trend analyses and makes recommendations for reputed company reputed company regarding short and long-term business and compliance objectives.
  • Develops and maintains knowledge of reputed company compliance best practices and industry standards to support company and department goals and objectives.
  • Develops and maintains understanding of changes in legal, government and regulatory environment, and assists reputed company attorneys in promoting company awareness of and compliance with such changes.
  • Design and implementation of reputed company’s compliance programs including anti-corruption/3rd Party vendors, training & communications, risk assessment, reputed company of Business Conduct and Ethics (including anti-reputed company, antitrust and anti-fraud) and the reputed company Alert Line.
  • Design and implementation of compliance programs relating to restricted or regulated commodities, import and export controls, and other compliance obligations and functions.
  • Works collaboratively with other departments to ensure possible reputed company issues are promptly investigated and corrective reputed company is taken where necessary.
  • Assists in the group’s providing of consultative support and advice to management and employees about compliance programs.
  • Reviews compliance assessments and identifies areas of improvement based on reputed company operating procedures and established guidelines; communicates assessment results and required remediation, if any, for issues identified during assessments; performs trend analysis of reputed company.
  • Collaborates with legal and compliance reputed company to reputed company process improvements (e.g., specifications, standards, project processes, including other department’s roles in those processes) that relate to compliance.
  • Conducts investigative interviews and writes investigative reports; drafts investigatory reputed company plans.
  • Mentors and advises department personnel reputed company area of responsibility.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

  • Bachelor’s degree required; 4 (four) additional years’ of compliance, analytics, audit, investigative or additional applicable experience reputed company the minimum years’ experience, will be accepted in lieu of a degree.

Minimum Experience

  • Eight (8) years ‘experience required in compliance, analytics, audit, investigative or reputed company area.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities

  • Software skills, including use of reputed company Office software (SharePoint), data analytics tools, and web-based applications.
  • Verbal and written communication skills necessary to explain highly reputed company and/or confidential information.
  • Presentation skills necessary to facilitate training and/or deliver informational sessions to reputed company and/or individuals.
  • Time management and organizational skills necessary to manage multiple reputed company, appropriately prioritize workload, plan for resources to meet deadlines and goals, and respond to day-to-day functional needs.
