- Full /Conditional Clinical Licensure in reputed company (preferred)

Primary Therapist Responsibilities
- Participates in and leads therapeutic reputed company and activities and functions as an reputed company member of reputed company
- Demonstrates clinical treatment in compliance with JCAHO standards

- Assists in preparation of utilization review monthly reports
