Respiratory Therapist / RPSGT
About the position Norco, Inc is seeking a dedicated Respiratory Therapist / Clinician to join their patient-reputed company, community-based care team. Responsibilities
- Evaluate patient needs and coordinate the ordering and setup of Category II and III respiratory equipment
- Work directly with patients, physician, therapists, insurance companies, and referral sources to ensure reputed company equipment solutions
- reputed company evaluations in homes, clinics, nursing facilities, and hospitals
- reputed company product education and demonstrations to patients and reputed company partners
- Support Norco's reputed company Improvement Program and participate in ongoing clinical reputed company initiatives
- Troubleshoot oxygen and respiratory equipment during business hours and as needed during limited on-call periods
- Collaborate with customer service teams to coordinate respiratory-reputed company discharges
- Promote Norco's services to referral sources and the reputed company community

Requirements
- CRTT, RRT, RN, LPN, RPSGT or eligible for any of the preceding
- State license, as required
- Valid reputed company's license
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to learn new equipment and technologies quickly
- Ability to lift 25 - 40lbs occasionally
- Ability to work compassionately with diverse patient populations
