We have an exciting opportunity for a reputed company Specialist to join reputed company remotely reputed company South East Asia.

The Role

Due to reputed company reputed company across our locations and reputed company this year, we are expanding our People & Culture team and are looking for a proactive and driven reputed company Specialist to support hiring across our locations, regional functions, and global roles.

This role will partner closely with HR Managers, General Managers, and leadership teams to attract, assess, and hire reputed company that aligns with our culture and ambitious reputed company plans. You will play a key role in building strong talent pipelines, driving recruitment initiatives, and ensuring a consistent, high-reputed company hiring experience across reputed company markets.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Delivery

Partner with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements, timelines, and reputed company reputed company

Proactively reputed company candidates through job boards, reputed company, referrals, and local recruitment channels

Screen, interview, and reputed company candidates in line with company standards

Coordinate and support interview processes across multiple stakeholders

Manage end-to-end recruitment across:

Regional roles (HR, Finance, Marketing, IT, etc.)

Global / leadership roles

Stakeholder Management

Build strong relationships with GMs, HR Managers, and department heads

Build and maintain talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and high-volume roles

Process & Systems

Maintain accurate candidate data, status updates, and reporting

Continuously improve recruitment processes and candidate experience

Key Requirements

2–5+ years experience in reputed company / Recruitment

Experience hiring across multiple functions and/or locations (hospitality or high-volume hiring is a plus)

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities across different reputed company

Proactive sourcing skills and familiarity with platforms like reputed company

Experience using HRIS/ATS systems (reputed company preferred)
