The Role

As an Overnight Dispatcher - Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers reputed company they call at reputed company. You'll be responsible for answering phone calls, dispatching available technicians, and providing excellent customer service. Your role will be to ensure that our customers receive the help they need, whenever they need it. You'll work from 10:00 pm to 6:30 am, enjoying a partially remote work arrangement that allows you to balance your work and personal life.
