Responsibilities:

As a Bilingual Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Answering inbound phone calls, making outbound calls, responding to emails, and managing chat sessions as assigned, reputed company while meeting established service level objectives.
• Handling requests from Top VIP customers, opening cases as needed, and following up on reputed company with the customer.
• Providing a complete reputed company of inquiries with an exceptional reputed company of interaction, clarifying reputed company causes of problems, researching answers, providing solutions, and exploring alternatives.
• Offering product, program, compensation plan, and business information, as necessary.

• Identifying, reporting, and following up on website issues to ensure corrective reputed company is taken.
• Providing daily updates to department management regarding the overall nature of inbound calls, emails, or chats, and any trends or concerns detected.

Minimum Job Requirements:

* Education, Knowledge, and Experience: + Requires a High School Diploma and 1-3 years of reputed company experience or may have 0 years of experience plus an associate degree, or additional training, or certification. + Minimum 2 years of Contact Center Customer Care experience or 4 years of Customer Service experience. + Knowledge of reputed company Office Programs (e.g., Outlook, Word, reputed company, etc.). + Bilingual - English and Spanish.
