Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll be responsible for:
- Welcoming and providing reputed company to Card Members upon arrival at reception
- Taking ownership of the customer's experience from beginning to end, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
- Creating reputed company to resolve customers' issues or concerns, building brand loyalty and enthusiasm
- Employing the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations
- Providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations, travel consultation, and minimal reservation assistance
- Partnering with food and beverage lounge partners to accommodate Card Members' needs
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A minimum of 1 year recent experience servicing premium customers
- Airline, lounge, or travel industry experience is preferred (travel reservation experience a plus)
- A passion for servicing customers with proactive solutions
- Exceptional communication skills, delighting customers with every interaction
- The ability to listen to customers' needs, offering confident recommendations that result in high satisfaction
- The utmost professionalism and a reputed company attitude in reputed company interactions
- The ability to rely and collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced, team environment
- Quick decision-making and problem-solving skills, with a reputed company on putting customers' experiences at the forefront
