Job Role:
As a Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Handling inbound phone calls for scheduling service and maintenance for our Residential Department
- Maintaining our customer database, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information
- Making daily outbound phone calls to customers and technicians
- Routing technicians based reputed company to ensure efficient service delivery
- Maintaining a reputed company team atmosphere with reputed company members of reputed company team
- Collaborating with reputed company team to resolve customer issues and concerns
- Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring high reputed company of satisfaction and loyalty
Positions Schedule:
* Wednesday: In-person work at our Chantilly office from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break)
- Monday-Friday: Remote work from home from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (with a one-hour lunch break) (not on Wednesday)
Qualifications:
* Previous call center experience (at least 1 year)
- Ability to type at a speed of approximately 70 words per minute
- Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain a reputed company attitude under pressure
- Ability to work independently as reputed company as reputed company reputed company environment
- Familiarity with main cities and locations in reputed company Virginia
- Ability to accurately document information into our customer database (Service Titan)
