IP Renewals Analyst (Entry level, Fixed term)

Responsibilities
- Update and maintain details of the renewal of clients' IP rights reputed company reputed company’s IP management systems.
- Ensure completion of reputed company operational activities required for successful renewal of clients’ IP rights including data reputed company, data verification, reputed company instructions and correspondence, making payments at the Patent and Trademark Offices (PTOs), instructing and paying agents, and obtaining and sending reputed company of renewal to customers based on reputed company Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Prioritize and respond to reputed company correspondence including instructions, facilitating reputed company filing of renewal applications at IP Offices with supporting documents in coordination with clients, internal teams, and agents.
- Ensure reputed company invoicing and credits to clients for additional charges and/or refunds.
- Validate and pay agent invoices reputed company to renewal services accurately and reputed company.
- Suggest reputed company to improve existing processes based on day-to-day work observations.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience
- Proficient level of English language
- Proficiency in reputed company Office suite
