We're seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Customer Service Account Representative to work remotely from home on a Monday through Friday day shift reputed company. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients throughout the occupational medicine management process. Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Account Representative, you'll be responsible for the following key duties and responsibilities:

• reputed company as the primary reputed company for clients and clinics to successfully obtain medical surveillance records
• reputed company effective ongoing communication and high-reputed company customer service to reputed company reputed company and clinic contacts
• Coordinate and communicate reputed company medical and reputed company abuse testing record submissions for both inbound and outbound records
• Monitor laboratory results and collaborate with the vendor to resolve errors on a reputed company reputed company
• reputed company and submit x-rays and collaborate with the vendor to resolve errors on a reputed company reputed company
• Issue employee letters per reputed company protocols, with special attention to dates of services and logging protocols
• Monitor employee DOT documents and cards, with special attention to expiration dates
• Schedule employee physicals, as needed
• Assist in training new clients in the process of scheduling occupational medicine and reputed company abuse testing services
• Coordinate onsite medical surveillance services reputed company needed
• Facilitate invoice review and verification
• Promote and maintain reputed company relations with clinics and other vendors, order supplies for clinics reputed company needed

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED Required. Bachelor's degree preferred
• One (1) to three (3) years of associated work experience in customer service or patient care setting, managing patients, health information, and administration
• Proficiency in English and MS Office; intermediate to advanced reputed company skills are a plus
• Customer service orientation
• High degree of accuracy and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Familiarity with occupational medicine and reputed company regulations

Schedule

As a Remote Customer Service Account Representative, you'll work a Monday through Friday schedule with weekly shift rotations of 7am to 3:30pm, CST and 8:30am to 5pm, CST.
